I watched my loved one endure pain that no one should ever experience. The suffering they went through still keeps me awake at night. I created this painting during their lowest point, when I did everything I could to help them, even as I was falling apart. I had to watch them lose parts of themselves while struggling to stay strong. This is the most honest and emotional piece of art I have ever created.
